A naturally brewed bottom-fermented blond beer from Germany, it has an unmistakable bright colour, is clear and is characterised by a compact white foam. Its elegant aromas are imparted by the noble hops used in the recipe and give off pleasant sensations enhanced by the sweetness of the Felsquellwasser®, the famous naturally soft spring water, which is used as it gushes out, imparting a special taste and inimitable freshness. The most drunk beer in Germany since 2002.

A top-fermented red beer. Its amber and auburn hues give off its typical, refined character, accompanied by a discreet but perfect malt note. High-fermentation beer. In addition to barley malt, there is also malted wheat in the recipe. Krombacher Weizen is a lightly cloudy beer characterised by hints of grain, fruit and spices. In creating our liqueur, we have used cinnamon, enriching it with one of the most vibrant citrus fruits of the South: mandarin!

Native to South America and about the size of a small peach, the passion fruit (or maracuja) takes its name because Spanish missionaries, noticing for the first time in a fruit large and beautiful white flowers with a pink or purple centre, recognised in its shape the symbols of Christ’s passion.

Colour: light opaline orangey yellow with dispersed ochre pigments

Nose: aromas characteristic of the fruit diluted by initial herbaceous and final woody tones

Taste: sweet with an important acid note, balanced alcohol; medium density, with velvety tactility; intense finish.

The recipe of “midnight” was born in a long night of lockdown; designed for all lovers of licorice is made less trivial by the addition of 5 other elements: Mint, Bitter Chocolate, Orange, Bourbon Vanilla and Star Anise.
To the taster it immediately offers a sensation of melting, inviting him to close his eyes in order to be transported in a journey involving all five senses.

Smell: fragrant and inviting, the notes of all the ingredients are perceived.
Taste: velvety to the palate, the union of chocolate with licorice, makes the sip full bodied and rich; it is difficult to resist to the next taste.
